Leiah Roberson
Leiah is passionate about business, fueled by people, and driven by care. With a handful of years in ministry followed by a few years of owning her own business, her biggest passions are people and business.
She grew up in a Chick-fil-A household to say the least - her mom has worked at Chick-fil-A in a Director/Executive Leadership level for 10+ years and all 8 of her siblings have worked for Chick-fil-A over the years. She eventually joined the world of Chick-fil-A in 2022 - where she served as a Marketing Coordinator for a local Chick-fil-A.
She then went on to start her own marketing company where she has spent the last few years partnering with Operators throughout America in their marketing efforts.
She spent most of the year in 2024 traveling full time, visiting over 200 different Chick-fil-As - giving her a really unique perspective that then turned into a passion for caring for Operators.
“Finding Your Herd” was birthed early on in my journey traveling and meeting with countless amount of Chick-fil-A Operators because she heard a recurring theme: a desperate need for community.
Countless operators shared how vital and impactful it is to have other operators in their corner—to confide in, seek encouragement from, and share experiences with. This resonated deeply with Leiah and she began to explore, out of curiosity and passion, what it would look like to create a space for Operators to find community.
She is excited to get to spend some time pouring into Chick-fil-A Operators alongside of Nathan and other great individuals!
Nathan Gaydosik
Nathaniel Gaydosik is a skilled facilitator, coach, and consultant with experience in delivering excellent and engaging experiences. He loves empowering individuals to accomplish more in their life and in business.
He has had the pleasure of serving the Chick-fil-A Family through program support at LifeShape, executing Leadership Development programming at WinShape, and serving at the store level of a local Chick-fil-A.
Nathan grew up in Fayette County, GA where he was surrounded and influenced by leaders at Chick-fil-A and has resided in Rome, GA throughout college and beyond.
Serving teams from small non-profits to international fortune 500 leaders, Nathan has developed frameworks that apply to every level of leadership and are proven to help his clients grow. Methods that have proven effective are driving reflection on powerful questions and diving into assessments such as the Wiley DiSC, Gallup Strengths Finder, MHS-EQi 2.0, and the MBTI. After several years serving teams and leaders through retreat programming and workshops, Nathan pursued becoming an ICF Certified Coach and Certified ScrumMaster to enrich his skills and ability to help individuals and organizations thrive.
As a lifelong learner, he is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to expand his perspective on human flourishing and add tools to his toolkit for serving others. Nathan brings a unique and powerful blend of creating heartfelt connection and leveraging solution-focused systems thinking to the coaching relationship.
